- Vaishakhi Doshi Added 2018-04-03★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆La Viva was Lormel first condo project. I think they have a lot to learn. The after sales people are nice but the company needs to do more research on the vendors. They came to fix my stairs three times for the same area and it is still not fixed! It seems a kid was given a hammer to nail the window trim since it was not straight. I can do better sanding so at one point I didn't even tell them to fix it because it seems they break one thing and fix another. The layout doesn't make sense since we can't open the second bedroom door all the way due to drywall. This makes it hard to move furniture. Overall I loved the kitchen cabinets, location, the unit itself and all the other finishes. Just the workmanship can really be improved. I didn't expect I would need to follow up so much.
